Spain: 5 Small Blasts on Madrid Highways |

Following a warning from the separatist ETA organization earlier
Tuesday in the Basque region of Spain, five small explosions have
occurred on highways in Madrid.
The Spanish anti-terror squad confirmed the explosions and said no injury or deaths have been reported.
ETA, demanding independence in the Basque region of the country and
recognized as a terror organization by the United States and the
European Union, is held responsible for the deaths of 800 people since
1968. |
